What an amazing shopping adventure! I picked up a Pokémon mug and a poster for my son, plus a Formula One poster for myself! The service was top-notch, and my stuff arrived just two days after I placed the order. I heard they’re gonna open a store in Camberley soon, which is super close to me. I ordered a poster from iPosters, but it didn't show up. I reached out to them and mentioned that it was missing. They reassured me not to stress, and they would resend the order. This time, the items made it to me. I got it dry mounted and framed, and I couldn't be happier. IPosters really puts their customers first.

Misleading, to put it mildly. I ordered three 40 x 40 prints but got three 30 x 30 ones instead. When did a 10 x 10 white border become a part of a print? Total rip-off. I was told to check the ad, but it wasn’t clear at all when I made the purchase. I’d recommend shopping somewhere else.

I purchased two posters and was promised a 48-hour tracking delivery. But I placed my order on the 14th and didn’t receive it until the 20th of December. Every time I attempted to track my package, it either said 'no details available' or 'info won’t show until delivery is attempted'—what's the use of that system?

This was my first time shopping with iPosters, and I’m already planning to buy more. I’m really impressed by how fast the delivery was. I placed my order on Friday, and it showed up today (Tuesday) just 10 minutes into the one-hour delivery window I was given. My beautiful world map comes in a sturdy yet lightweight frame, and the lamination gives it a glass-like appearance without the heavy worry of breaking. It’s a fantastic deal, especially since I snagged a 5% discount! The print quality is spot on. It arrived very well packaged in a strong, secure box with noticeable ‘fragile’ tape all over. There’s good padding on all sides and corners of the frame, so it’s super well protected.

I’ll definitely be back for more and will recommend it to my friends and family.

I was a bit unsure at first. We own some tougher poster frames, but they tend to scratch the wall where the metal clamps sit. This purchase felt more like an experiment. It just got here today, packed in a sturdy cardboard tube, and I've already put it to use. I'm really happy with it, and I'm planning to get a larger frame for one of my son's maps.

Given that it's Christmas, the poster showed up right on time and was packed just right. The quality is top-notch and the framing is solid for what I paid. I definitely recommend these folks for awesome posters and service.

I won't be coming back as a customer and I'm definitely sharing my experience on social media. Two weeks without any tracking? That just doesn't cut it. When I reached out for an update, I was told to just hang tight. Super rude, honestly.

Edit: To the folks at iposters, I've got the screenshots of your initial response where you questioned my motives for trying to harm your business. I'm not out to ruin anything. Your customer service is just terrible, and I experienced 14 days WITHOUT TRACKING!! There's no way I'm coming back, and I've even convinced a few others to steer clear too. I feel pretty good about that.

I just got my hands on three Disney canvas prints for my grandkids' room. Gotta say, I'm really impressed with 'em. The quality is top-notch. They came nicely packaged and safe. No doubt, I'll be coming back for more in the future. Thanks a bunch, iposters!
